DanLotto offers services to not only the individual players in the clubs but also the club as a whole. The conditions for participation shown below relate to playing and to DanLotto's services:
1. General introduction, definitions and provisions
1.1 "A DanLotto account" is an account held by a DanLotto's customer, for the purpose of managing games from various lotto systems via the internet.
1.2 "An Account Holder" is a DanLotto customer who has an individual account at DanLotto.
1.3 "The Contract" is the contractual connection between DanLotto and an Account Holder in accordance with "DanLotto's Rules", that is to say "Rules and Conditions".
1.4 "The Site" is the internet website where all information concerning DanLotto is published. "The Site" is accessible at www.danlotto.com.
2. Account Rules
2.1 A person applying for a DanLotto account acknowledges and accepts;
" All definitions and provisions as stated in point 1 and/or herein;
" All DanLotto rules currently published at the site, and all future amendments which may be made to the DanLotto rules and published at the site;
2.2 DanLotto at all times reserves the right to:;
" Refuse to open an account and/or close an existing account, without explanation;
" and/or transfer and/or licence, without previous notice, the right, liability and/or operation of a DanLotto account to another legal entity, provided that DanLotto guarantees that the above mentioned liability is met.
2.3 A person applying to be an Account Holder must guarantee that he/she is not under 18 years of age.
2.4 An Account Holder guarantees at all times:
" Not to be an inhabitant of Malta, Great Britain or the United States of America;
" Not to have limited legal capacity;
" Not to function on behalf of third parties;
" Not to have been diagnosed as a pathological gambler;
" Not to deposit money which comes from criminal activities;
" Not to deposit money via a credit card which the Account Holder is not authorised to use;
" Not to carry out criminal actions which involve a DanLotto account.
2.5 In the event that a DanLotto account is opened or used in violation of clause 2.3 and/or clause 2.4, DanLotto or the empowered authorities can confiscate the contents of the said DanLotto account.
2.6 DanLotto undertakes at all times to pay expenses and gaming taxes levied at the contract venue.
2.7 An Account Holder may only hold one DanLotto account at a time.
2.8 Any legal dispute concerning a DanLotto account and/or transactions carried out in connection with a DanLotto account shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the country in which the contract has been entered into.
3. Conditions of Payment.
3.1 Methods of Payment;
" Standard invoice - You receive a monthly invoice by post.
" Credit Card - Your credit card will be charged monthly. It is only possible to pay with VISA and Master Card.
" Bank Transfer - It is your responsibility to transfer payments to your account at DanLotto. You will be sent a mail when it is time to make payments.
3.2 DanLotto does not accept cash sent directly.
3.3 Payment to and from a DanLotto account must always be made through an authorised bank or other authorised financial institute. Procedures and conditions can vary from time to time between different countries and different banks etc.
3.4 Game account holders who transfer money via credit cards are only allowed to transfer to their own DanLotto account using a valid card issued in their own name.
3.5 Payments from a DanLotto account are addressed to the Account Holder or transferred to the Account Holder's bank, as advised.
3.6 DanLotto levies no charges for payments from the Account Holder's account.
3.7 Some internet games may be illegal in the area in which the Account Holder lives. If this is the case the Account Holder is not authorised to use his/her credit card for the purpose of playing internet games.
4. Security
4.1 DanLotto undertakes to handle all game accounts with the greatest confidentiality. This confidentiality can only be waived in the case of an order from a higher authority and/or in the event that the Account Holder does not abide by the rules of DanLotto as stated.
4.2 An Account Holder is allotted a personal account number. The Account holder uses his/her own e-mail address and chooses a password. It is the responsibility of the Account Holder not to share this information with anyone. If the Account Holder has reason to believe that others have come into possession of this information the Account Holder should contact DanLotto at info@danlotto.com immediately, whereupon new account data will be issued.
4.3 To protect the interests and security of DanLotto and the Account Holders, DanLotto reserves the right to require identity documentation and proof that the credit card being used is issued in the name of the Account Holder.
4.4 Payments from DanLotto accounts can be delayed if clause 4.3 is implemented.
5. Diverse
5.1 All references in the rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and all definite articles shall be interchangeable with the indefinite article and vice versa.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 DanLotto does not offer advice to Account Holders. Neither does DanLotto advise Account Holders on tax or legal questions.
6.2 In the case of a breach of clause 6.1, DanLotto acknowledges no claim concerning liability for any advice which may have been given.
6.3 DanLotto neither acknowledges or accepts liability for "damages" to the Account Holder or to a third party caused:
directly or indirectly, by any fault, printing error, misunderstanding, hearing impediment, misunderstanding of written material or incorrect translation, spelling error, transaction error, technical fault, registration fault, error in manifest, force majeure and/or other similar damage caused directly or indirectly by a third party; or caused by breach of DanLotto rules;
financial risk or loss, including fluctuations in the exchange rate and/or as a result of legal negligence;
6.5 DanLotto reserves the right, at all times, to deal with disputes at their own discretion, in accordance with all principles of fairness.
7. Price Adjustment
DanLotto reserves the right to raise the price of membership if the price of those services on which DanLotto is dependent, rises.
8. Right to Withdraw
As DanLotto supplies a service, there is no, full right of return. It is clearly impossible for DanLotto to return a service which has already been delivered. It is therefore important that you get to know the complete scope of the DanLotto service, before you register as a member.
9. Prizes
9.1 Your winnings will be automatically transferred to your DanLotto account. If the winnings amount to more than DKr250 they will be transferred directly to your bank account.
9.2 Distribution of prizes - Prizes go 100% to members of the winning club.
9.3 In the case of overdue payment of subscription for membership we reserve the right to withhold prize money.
10. The Systems
10.1 System6 - You play 6 start numbers and the system guarantees that the seventh and last lotto number is ALWAYS a winning number. This means that if only 3 of the 6 start numbers are correct, there will be a prize, as DanLotto always guarantees a winning number. The 6 numbers are randomly chosen by DanLotto. It is however possible to choose your very own personal, lucky numbers.
10.2 System5 - Here, as with System6, the system also guarantees a winning number. You play 5 start numbers and the system then guarantees that the sixth and last lotto number will ALWAYS be a winning number. It is also possible here to choose your own personal, lucky numbers.
10.3 System 7-9-13 - You play a combination of 4 reduced and 2 mathematical systems respectively - in all 834 rows! To be exact you play: 1 x. R20-450, 2 x. M10-120 and 3 x R14-48. As a member it is possible for you to see all of the 834 rows being played as System7-9-13 consists of a combination of reduced and mathematical systems so you as a member should know that if the 7 winning numbers are among your start numbers you cannot be 100% sure that you have 7 correct numbers.
10.4 System Statistics - you play a mathematical system with 10 start numbers. If there are 7 winning numbers among the 10 start numbers there is a guaranteed first prize. The 10 start numbers consist of the 5 most successful numbers in lotto since 1989 combined with five randomly chosen numbers. These numbers change every week in accordance with statistical changes.
10.5 With system6, system 7-9-13 and system statistics you play the Danish Lottery's Saturday lotto. With system5 you play the Danish Lottery's Wednesday lotto.
11. License
The contract venue for the license for offering Lotto bets is on Belize.
12. Registration Deadline
Generally you can register on DanLotto at any time of the day or night although we would point out that registrations in the period Saturday from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., and for system5, Wednesday from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., do not guarantee participation in the same week. New members are not therefore eligible for prizes drawn on the Saturday or Wednesday of the week in question..
13. News Service
You can decide yourself whether or not you wish to receive e-mails from DanLotto. You can cancel this service at any time. These mails contain news from the lotto clubs as well as information about any new initiatives.
14. Subscription
14.1 The DanLotto service is a continuous subscription which can be cancelled at any time in accordance with clause 14.2.
14.2 Should you wish to cancel your Danlotto subscription just send an e-mail to info@danlotto.com containing your name, customer number and the date of cancellation. The account number and registration number must also be provided if you want the balance on the account or any prizes to be paid to you. Payment can ONLY be made via bank transfer.
15. Acceptance of Rules
15.1 When you register with DanLotto, and each time you register with a club, you automatically, and at the same time, accept DanLotto's current rules. If you are unable to accept all the rules, you should not register. DanLotto can at any time change the rules and instructions for participation. Customers should therefore check the rules regularly for any changes.
15.2 Continued use of DanLotto implies acceptance of all current formulations of the rules.
