Refund Policy

  1. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  2. Once an order is confirmed after the “checkout” process, the order is deemed final and cannot be cancelled or amended, however for auto play & long term subscriptions cancellations for credit to your account can be made on a pro-rata basis.
  3. Please contact Customer Service for any errors you may believe to have occurred with your account.
  4. Should in case payment is made for a game and a ticket is not issued in return maybe due to network issues leading to incomplete transaction either from our platform or Payment platform, an email notification should be sent to as soon as possible within the space of 24 hours. The email must contain customer username, time of play, transaction ID, draw time and your bank account details.
  5. The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return. In order to make the process as fast as possible, we will refund you via a voucher that can be used only on DanLotto or we may complete the process by issuing you the ticket you initially paid for. This voucher is valid for one year. Should you wish for another refund method, please indicate it on the return form including all your bank details.
  6. For replacements or refunds counting from the date of notification response will be received within 72 hours.
